Nuromol Dual Action Pain Relief tablets combine two pain relievers, ibuprofen (an NSAID) and paracetamol, in each tablet for the relief of mild to moderate pain such as headache, backache, period pain, dental pain, rheumatic and muscular pain. They are for adults aged 18 years and over. Because they contain paracetamol, do not take any other paracetamol-containing product at the same time, and because they contain ibuprofen, do not take with other NSAIDs unless advised. Do not use if you are allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin, other NSAIDs or paracetamol, or if you have or have had a stomach ulcer or certain other conditions in the leaflet. Speak to your pharmacist or doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, elderly, asthmatic, or taking other medicines; ibuprofen should be avoided in the last trimester of pregnancy.
