Strepsils Orange with Vitamin C Lozenges are an antiseptic throat lozenge for the symptomatic relief of mouth and throat infections, helping to soothe sore throats. The two antiseptic actives, 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol and amylmetacresol, have properties that act against bacteria associated with mouth and throat infections. Each lozenge also provides vitamin C (ascorbic acid). The lozenges contain glucose and sucrose, which should be considered by people with diabetes. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or considering use for a child, speak to your pharmacist for advice. If your sore throat is accompanied by high fever, headache, nausea or vomiting, or does not improve within a few days, consult your doctor. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
