70cl / 40% - Christian Drouin has revamped its Miss Blanche of Normandy so that the drink is no longer a ‘girl’ but a ‘woman’ which has ‘more aromatic purity and finesse’. It has achieved this by using 30 varieties of cider apples and double distilling them in its brand new copper still. To emphasise its difference they have put the spirit into a more mature and rounded bottle. To fully appreciate its lively, fruity character pour it into a frosted glass.
