This 12-year-old rhum agricole was matured in ex-white wine casks in the tropics and was released to honour Grégoire Hayot of Karukera in Guadelupe who helped Velier mature these casks. Prolonged fermentation time brings intense fruitiness and agricole funk, expect notes of cane juice, citrus, tropica fruits, herbs and oak. A true prize for any rum collector.
