More than four centuries have passed since the ancestors of the Giusti family set up the first batteries of wooden barrels in the attic of their house in via Farini, Modena. Based on a recipe dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, 3 Gold Medals is obtained from the sweetest, sun-dried grapes. The most versatile of the Giusti Historical Collection, this dense and deliciously sweet balsamic vinegar mingles the aromas and flavours of plum jam and red fruits with hints of honey and vanilla.
