70cl / 46% - From the always-excellent Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, this 10 Year Old rum is named after Head Distiller Richard Seale’s great-grandfather and is very fine tribute indeed. Seale is a vocal opponent of using additives in rum, so this is wholly unsweetened. Rich and rounded with a spicy, nutty nose that opens up to honey, dried fruit, vanilla, and a hint of orange peel before a warm, lingering finish.
