70cl / 46% / Adelphi - A Speyside single malt whisky from independent bottlers Adelphi. Made at the Linkwood distillery, this whisky was then aged in sherry casks for 10 years, marrying the fruity and malty Linkwood spirit with the richness and depth of sherry. On the nose there are notes of toffee, malt, and candied apples with a touch of baking spice, leading to flavours of toffee, cooked pears and apples, malt, and coffee.
