70cl / 42% - A tequila producer founded on the principles of sustainability, El Bagazo takes its name from the residual fibres of the agave plant that are left over after tequila production, which is made into fuel for the stills. El Bagazos’s tequila reposado opens on the nose with cooked agave, fresh straw and warm spices, while the palate builds on the agave notes and brings in cut wood and aromatic honey before a slightly dry finish.
