Timber cases (wooden crates) with pallet bases are manufactured from 6mm Russian birch plywood. These crates are designed for use where very heavy duty containers are required. The strong timber means they are ideal for transporting substantial weights or particularly delicate products which require robust protection. Our timber cases are happy to be loaded with several hundred kilos and stacked two or three high in storage, transit and full export. All of our wooden crates come flat packed. The walls of each case are hinged, requiring minimal assembly. Assembly of these wooden crates is very quick and easy with the option of nailing or screwing the case together. The wood in our timber cases is sourced from sustainable sources and is ISPM15 compliant, meaning it has been heat treated to comply with international import and export regulations. The case comes with a pallet base which makes loading and unloading easy.
