75cl / 13% - The 2023 vintage of a Whisky Exchange favourite, this chardonnay from the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy is grown biodynamically and offers exceptional value. Made with minimal intervention, and with minimal sulphur, this wine spends 15 months in oak, adding depth and structure to the freshness and minerality of the terroir. The nose gives notes of cooked peaches and pears, along with a vegetal undercurrent of autumn leaves, leading to citrus fruits, roasted almonds and oak on the palate.
