70cl / 43% - Made using the lesser-seen red Williams pears, this eau-de-vie is aged for a few yeears in stainless steel tanks to mellow, before being diluted to bottling strength with Vosges water. This is a superb example of Poire Williams - aromatic and powerfully fruity with a long finish.
