75cl / 12% - An organic 100% Pinot Noir champagne from one of the region’s most exciting wine makers, in an oft overlooked region of Champagne. The wine vinifies and rests in French oak barrels for several months, before undergoing a second fermentation and resting on the lees for at least 24 months. Aromas of citrus, apples and flowers complement flavours of ripe pear, hazelnuts and honey on the palate.
