Description

With the chicken grill from Royal Catering, you can offer your customers delicious chickens, roast beef, porchetta, spit roasts and many other freshly prepared, crispy delicacies. With 6 rotating spits, each accommodating 4 chickens, you can evenly cook your chosen specialities to tender perfection with a crispy crust. Turn each heat zone on or off as needed to cook different dishes at once. Fire up the gas chicken grill effortlessly with piezo ignition. Pre-set for gas type I3B/P(50), the device can also be adapted for natural or liquid gas with the provided injectors. The mobile chicken grill operates with a total output of 4 x 5 kW. The heat-resistant glass doors provide a clear view of the food at all times. The interior lighting also beautifully showcases your dishes. The stainless steel casing enhances the professional impression. This material has many benefits which make it ideal for the gastronomy sector: It doesn't absorb tastes or odours, is highly resistant, and easy to clean. Thanks to the 4 wheels, you can easily place the chicken grill wherever you need it. The sturdy design and two locking brakes ensure a stable position. The burner uses an infrared ceramic plate to transfer heat directly to the object being heated. During the process, the air between the heat source and the object – mainly oxygen and nitrogen – remains unaffected by infrared radiation. Because these gases don’t absorb infrared energy, their temperature remains much lower than the object being heated. Compared to convective heat transfer, this method reduces energy consumption as no intermediary mediums are heated.
