This OSB board (Oriented Strand Board) is produced from softwood flakes and strips, which after coating with adhesive resin are laid in specific orientations and hot pressed to produce a structural panel. The BBA classification permits use in a wide range of applications, such as roofing and flooring in both commercial and domestic situations. Its strength and performance is similar to plywood, resists warping and distortion. The SmartPly OSB3- 11mm is a highly engineered, moisture-resistant load-bearing panel designed for use in humid conditions with zero added formaldehyde. It's ideal for many structural and non-structural applications, both internally and in protected external environments. Common uses include roofing, flooring, wall sheathing, site hoarding, and other applications where strength and moisture resistance are paramount. The board is moisture-resistant and FSC certified.
