75cl / 12% - The grapes for this blanc de blanc come from vineyards planted by the winemaker’s Grandfather in 1961, and this wine has been aged in oak from the forests surrounding Champagne. On the nose there are aromas of wildflowers, rhubarb and dried apple, complemented by notes of sweet wood spice and a hint of shortbread on the palate.
