75cl / 12% - This family having been making wine since 1927 and at present, focuses on sustainability, vintages and single varietals – this is the latter. It is made with 100% Pinot Blanc grapes, grown on a single plot, which is unusual in Champagne. There are notes of pear, delicate fresh herbs, yellow plum and a long lingering finish, perfect for pairing with a roasted fish dish.
