75cl / 12% - This blanc de noir uses 100% Pinot Noir grapes from a single parcel called Matiere and rests in cask for a minimum of eight months. There is a silky structure with fine bubbles and aromas of mirabelles, lemon zest, white pepper and cinnamon on the palate.
