50cl / 50% - A spicy, sweet single grain spirit from Thy, made with a combination of Old Nordic rye, spelt and Odyssey spring barley, and matured in virgin American white oak barrels. The palate offers notes of acacia honey, vanilla, oak spice, green grass and warm leather that linger in the finish.
