75cl / 13.5% - This red Burgundy is fermented with whole bunches and aged in 30% new oak barrels from Chassin cooperage. The nose reveals earthy aromas of tobacco and woodland, complemented by subtle notes of red berries. On the palate, it offers fine tannins and good density.
