70cl / 47% - A rich and smoky single malt from Danish whisky pioneers Stauning. This expression was made with barley from Jutland, turned on the distillery’s own floor maltings, and smoked using locally cut peat and heather. The nose is full of campfire smokiness, white fruit and wildflowers that give way to a palate of biscuits, chocolate, and nuts.
