70cl / 40% - A French malt spirit from Rubis made at the Rozelieures distillery using malted barley and distilled in small Charentais stills. Aromas of sweet cereals and garden herbs fill the nose, complemented by maple syrup on pancakes, violets and dewy herbs throughout the palate.
