70cl / 46% - An aromatic mezcal from Bruxo that is unlike any other Pechuga - after it is distilled it steeped for several days with freshly-roasted agave that has been split down the middle to expose the heart of the plant. The result is a rich and spicy mezcal with notes of chocolate, pepper, honeysuckle, salt and delicate hints of smoke throughout the palate.
