70cl / 46% - A full-bodied mezcal from Derrumbes, made by third-generation agave farmer and maestro Javier Mateo in Oaxaca, using a combination of Espadin and Tobala agave. These agaves were then roasted in a traditional pit-oven and crushed with a tahona. This mezcal has a lightly smoky palate with notes of garden herbs, roasted agave, jalapenos, coriander seed and earthy minerals.
