While the unusual maturation means that this is not legally classified as Calvados, fans of both apple brandy and rum will find lots to enjoy here. A small batch of casks filled at Distillerie Christian Drouin yielded just 1,890 bottles of this intriguing brandy – when they’re gone, they’re gone.
