70cl / 50% - A decadent 2018-vintage Australian single malt from Melbourne-based distillery Starward that was finished in Tawny fortified wine barrels from McLaren Vale and bottled in 2022 as part of its Projects series. Aromas of raisins, figs, toffee and dried fruit fill the nose, complemented by sweet caramel, rich dried fruits, brown sugar, tropical fruit, homemade panettone and baking spices throughout the palate.
