70cl / 46.6% - Colheita means ‘harvest’ and refers to the single-vintage Tawny Port that was used to season the casks before whisky was added. A combination of the Lakes single malt and both grain and malt whiskies from Scotland were used to bolster and round-out this blend. This has imparted aromas of peach cobbler, plump apricots and a light woody peat smoke on the nose, complemented by toasted cinnamon, nutmeg and hints of vanilla on the palate.
