50cl / 49.12% - A special-release from Langatun distillery which pays homage to its founder, Jakob Baumberger, this single malt was matured exclusively in ex-Pinot Noir casks, imparting a full-bodied and complex character. Aromas of blackberry, plum and honeysuckle fill the nose, leading to notes of almond, sultana and cinnamon on the palate.
