70cl / 52% - Version Francaise’s Cerealis range focuses on the classic grains of whisky production. This release is made from a combination of 51% rye and 49% malted barley. the whisky underwent a10-day fermentation and was matured in new French oak barrels. There are hallmark rye notes of menthol, black pepper and baked bread on the palate, with melon, lemon thyme and paprika on the finish.
