70cl / 48% - The inaugural release of Cerealis is a series of four releases in the Version Francaises range that takes inspiration from the many different grains in whisky production. This Hordeum release uses two-row spring barley and matured in heavily-charred French oak casks from Limousin. You’ll find notes of chocolate shavings, cut grass and hay, underpinned by a complex spicy palate and hints of tropical fruit.
