70cl / 50.8% - Don Emigdio is one of four mezcaleros in the Vago family, working 5,000 feet above sea level in the Nanche district of Miahuatlán. The mineral-rich soils of the region are reflected in the flavour of this ensamble mezcal. Expect notes of juniper, candyfloss, and freshly cut grass, underpinned by citrus and flint.
