50cl / 44% - This organic single malt from Domaine des Hautes Glaces was distilled over a wood fire and matured in a combination of ex-Cognac, ex-Armagnac and ex-wine casks. This imparted complex, floral aromas of jasmine, candied fruit, white peach and almond on the nose, leading to notes of toasted cereal and salted chocolate.
