70cl / 47.8% - An aromatic, spicy mezcal from Los Javis, made exclusively with Jabali agave and made using traditional methods, including horse-drawn tahonas. The result is notes of cinnamon, brown sugar, black pepper, burnt grass, orange oil and smoke throughout the palate.
