70cl / 43% - An artisanal mezcal from Los Danzantes distillery in Oaxaca, made with farm-grown agave that is ground using a horse-drawn tahona and fermented in pine tubs. The result is notes of sweet agave, aromatic herbs, grapefruit and soft smoke throughout the palate.
