70cl / 40% - A longer aged version of Ilegal's mezcal, this is a rich buttery spirit with a lick of smoke that makes for a tremendous example of Anejo mezcal. You can expect notes of maple, clove, and bitter orange, followed by dark chocolate and hints of roasted agave on the palate.
