Losec Control 20mg gastro-resistant tablets are used for the short-term treatment of reflux symptoms such as heartburn and acid regurgitation in adults. The active ingredient, omeprazole, belongs to a group of medicines called proton pump inhibitors, which reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach. This product does not provide instant relief; it may take 2 to 3 days of use before symptoms improve. It is for adults aged 18 years and over and is intended for short-term use only.
