70cl / 47% - Floki takes its name from the first known settler of Iceland. Founded in 2009, Eimverk Distillery set out to create a truly Icelandic whisky, crafted with local barley, pure spring water, and aged in Iceland’s uniquely challenging climate. This expression was first released in 2019. It is matured in American oak and then finished in a local brewery's beer barrels. The result is a whisky that has notes of green tea, dried herbs and a hint of toasted oak.
