70cl / 42% - A 1982-vintage Calvados from Christian Drouin that was matured in French oak casks until 2018, creating aromas of honey, beeswax, acacia wood, peony and tobacco that fill the nose and are echoed throughout the palate, with lingering notes of cinnamon in the finish.
