70cl / 46% - Mina Real is an ecologically sustainable mezcal made slightly differently to others – the agave is roasted in a brick kiln but is uncharred (saving the equivalent of one large tree’s worth of firewood in the process). The result is a mezcal that has a bright, floral aroma without any over-the-top smokiness.
