70cl / 45% - An aromatic and complex mezcal from San Luis Amatlan, Oaxaca, made with relatively small Tobala agave plants. The nose is full of rich aromas of bacon, fireside smoke, wood and spices that linger on to the palate with the addition of earthy peppers and dried orange peels.
