35cl / 64.8% / Distillery Bottling - Cardrona distillery in Wanaka, New Zealand, has been producing liqueurs, gin and whisky since 2015. This sherry and bourbon cask matured single malt, Growing Wings, was produced by using the Solera method and aged for a minimum of five years. Bottled at cask strength, the palate offers notes of pecan pie, treacle and vanilla bean clotted cream.
