75cl / 12.5% - Milan Nestarec is a winemaker based in Czechia, working with local and Austrian grape varieties. This white wine is made from a combination of Gruner Veltliner, Welschriesling and Neuburger grapes and has been aged, for a time, on the skins. On the nose there are aromas of baked apple, fresh fig and citrus, leading to notes of pink grapefruit, yellow cherry, sour plum and a hint of orange peel on the palate. A wine for rich vegetarian dishes and meaty fish.
