70cl / 42% - Crafted using eight-year-old agave Espadin, this bottling is a fantastic entry point into the often smoky and vegetal land of mezcal. There are floral and herbal aromas of honeysuckle, peppermint and jasmine on the nose, leading to notes of cooked agave, burnt wood and baking spice on the palate. On the finish there is a surprisingly long, sweet and caramel-y character.
