70cl / 42.85% - A five-year-old rum from Panama-Pacific, matured for three years in ex-bourbon barrels, before being transferred to roasted Tennessee and Canadian rye barrels for a two year finish. The palate offers notes of caramelised bananas, honey, green apples, vanilla, tinned pears and oak spice that linger in the finish.
