70cl / 40% - This flavoured rum from Kraken is infused with black cherries and Madagascan vanilla. According to an old tale, sailors used to mix cherries and vanilla from Madagascar to treat wounds from Kraken bites while sailing the high seas with barrels of rum on board. It is not hard to imagine that the two might have mixed — accidentally, of course. This expression works well poured over ice, mixed with cola or in a cocktail.
