70cl / 40% - This rich, concentrated Australian rum is made from local sugarcane syrup, fermented and distilled at Mt Uncle in north Queensland, and aged for five years in red wine casks. The result is a dense and palate-coating spirit with notes of baked apples, treacle, Christmas spices and light herbal touches of raw sugarcane.
