70cl / 47% - Aged initially in French oak casks, and finished for a year in a brand new French Merisier (cherry wood) cask, this rum has delightful, sweet notes of cherry throughout. The nose holds aromas of gooseberries and caramel alongside the heady cherry sweetness. The palate brings out a delicate apricot flavour surrounded by powerful, rich flavours of vanilla and toffee, and of course the cherry.
