70cl / 46% - A 2012-vintage rum from Mezan that was made at AFD distillery in the Dominican Republic and matured in ex-bourbon casks for a decade, first for three years in the tropical climate of the Dominican Republic, then a further seven years in Europe. Aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, muscovado sugar, coconut, orange blossom and pepper fill the nose, complemented by notes of soft oak and exotic spices throughout the palate.
