70cl / 47% / Bristol Classic Rum - A 2010-vintage Mauritian rum from Bristol Classic Rum that was made at Labourdonnais distillery and initially matured in refill American oak, before being finished in ex-Cognac casks and bottled in 2021. Aromas of soft fruit, golden syrup and oak spice fill the nose, complemented by notes of mango, banana, guava, ginger, apricot, oak and caramel throughout the palate.
