70cl / 40% - This release from Spanish rum producer Barcelo is part of its Rare Blends Collection. Its sugarcane juice rum is matured in a mix of casks, each toasted to varying levels before being finished in a maple wood cask. Imparting aromas of caramel, wild fig and sandalwood on the nose, leading to notes of sweet marasca cherry and drying to white pepper and cinnamon on the finish.
