75cl / 12.5% - Aged on the lees for 13 years, this wonderfully rich vintage Bollinger is packed with notes of marzipan, fresh bread and Mirabelle plums. The low dosage – three grams per litre – makes this a fantastic aperitif but it will also pair nicely with aged cheese and nuts. Excellent ageing potential.
